Six areas. One architecture.

We build business-critical systems, demanding integrations, data platforms and fine-tuned open-source models on your own infrastructure. Every part is designed to carry the others, and one lead architect answers for the delivery of each.

  2. Custom AI, fine-tuned models and your own infrastructure

We train and fine-tune open-source language models on your own data and rules. We deploy AI agents, internal knowledge search (RAG) and document automation directly on your own infrastructure (on-prem or private cloud), with full ownership of your data.

  3. Demanding API integrations and finance automation

Two-way interfaces between CRM, ERP, online stores and back-end systems. We also build automated reconciliation and invoicing pipelines for payments (for example Stripe, card terminals and platform sales) and for accounting systems (Fennoa, Easor, Procountor).

From a review to a long partnership.

Every engagement starts from a written scope and price. You can start with a defined review or the first delivery phase, without a heavy commitment.

  1. Architecture and systems audit

A tightly scoped review, architecture plan or critical fix when the current system holds growth back or a major system decision is ahead.

Scope and price: A fixed price or an agreed cap on hours before work starts.

  2. Phased system delivery

A new custom system, a replacement for old software, or an integration and AI project, delivered in controlled, tested phases.

Scope and price: A fixed price per phase against a written scope. Each phase is accepted into production before the next.

  3. Support and ongoing development

A long-term technical partnership for a system in production: monitoring, security, updates and new features at an agreed service level.

Scope and price: A predictable monthly fee at an agreed service level (SLA), or a development allowance.
