Customer portals and SaaS products.

Built to scale and to sell.

ServicesDigital products, SaaS and customer portals

We design and build B2B customer and partner portals behind a login, interactive sales configurators and pricing calculators, and entirely new SaaS products from idea to production.

Example view: a B2B customer portal where the customer sizes a product and sees their contract price at once.

We build a digital product on the same principles as a business system: the data model and access rights first, then an interface that makes the complex simple.

The portal's architecture

  1. Sign-in

The customer signs in with their own credentials, and access is scoped by company and role.

  2. Contract prices

The portal reads the customer's contract prices and availability straight from the operations system.

  3. Configurator

The customer sizes the product, and the price is calculated with the same rules as the sales team's quotes.

  4. Order and payment

The order lands directly in the operations system, and payment runs through Stripe.

Self-service that takes load off sales and customer service

When a regular customer has to call or email about every order, every delivery-time check or every document request, your sales team is tied up in routine work.

  • B2B customer and partner portals

The customer sees their own contract prices, places orders, follows their deliveries and downloads invoices, quality certificates or reports straight from their own view.

  • Sales configurators and calculators

The pricing logic of a complex product or service becomes a tool with which the customer or the salesperson sizes the solution and gets an accurate price estimate or a finished quote at once.

  • SaaS product development

We build new software products end to end: multi-tenant architecture, database-level tenant isolation, subscription and payment systems (for example Stripe) and role-based access control.

Typical deliveries

  1. An ordering portal for regular customers

Contract prices, orders, delivery tracking and invoices in the customer's own view.

  2. A pricing calculator for your website

The customer sizes the solution and gets a price estimate at once, and the request reaches the salesperson as a ready quote draft.

  3. From internal tool to SaaS product

A working internal system becomes a product, with multi-tenant architecture, payments and per-customer isolation.

What the delivery covers

  • Specification of the product, user roles and pricing logic
  • Design of the interface and service journeys
  • Build of the portal, configurator or SaaS product
  • Multi-tenancy, tenant isolation, payments and access control
  • Launch, documentation and source code handover

Where we start

We start from who uses the product, what they need to get done without a salesperson and how the product makes money. The first version is scoped so that it is in real users' hands quickly.

Where should you start?

Describe the situation briefly. You get a proposal for the first step and how it would be priced.
