Most of the value comes from information moving between the CRM, finance and other systems without anyone copying it by hand. We choose the approach to fit the task: a direct integration, automation on an existing platform, an AI agent or a model fine-tuned on your data. We do not pick a more complex option when a simpler one does the job.
We start from a defined task: moving customer data between the CRM and finance, classifying incoming documents, extracting data from contracts or routing work between systems. We map the interfaces, data owners and failure cases before building anything.
When the task needs AI, we choose the model and where it runs based on the data involved. An agent or model handling sensitive data can run on your own servers or in a private cloud; for other tasks a commercial API may be the sensible choice. Around it we build access controls, logging and evals, and where a decision carries business or legal responsibility, a person approves it before anything is executed.

AI agents & automation
An agent classifies, extracts, summarises or routes work within agreed limits. It can run in your own infrastructure (on-prem or private cloud), so data does not go to third-party APIs, or through a provider chosen for the task.
Own and fine-tuned models
When a general model is not enough, we fine-tune an open-weight model on your domain data, terminology and rules. A model trained for one task can run on lighter compute, and we measure its accuracy on your data before it goes live.
